On the right panel, select the option "Exe-Format: 64 Bit | Windows (Invisible)" (or 32 Bit in case your cpu its not a 64-Bit). In the app, open the bat we just created. There is a portable option in the zip but it didnt worked for me (gave me an error while converting), but you can try it in case you dont want to install it. exeįor this I used an app called Bat To Exe Converter (you can download it from here). To check if your bat works just double click on it and the game should open. Just type any name and write ".bat" at the end, and make sure you marked the "Save as type: All Files" option in the bottom. bat with any name your like (ie Dauntless.bat). If your URL was different put yours there. Start ://apps/Jackal?action=launch&silent=true The open your Notepad and type the following: Go to your Dauntless shortcut and click on Properties, and on "Web Document" tab copy the URL (mine was "://apps/Jackal?action=launch&silent=true", and probably its the same for everyone, but just in case. Anyway this method can be usefull to any other Epic game (or most of the launcher based games that uses and URL to launch the game). This method its a bit time consuming (considering how easy is to add a game to steam) but at least it works.Įdit: u/soupcanx told me in comments that it was much easier, you can just add the Epic Games Launcher to steam, and the overlay will work in-game too. Ive searching for a method to add Dauntless to steam as a non steam game, but everything i found was old (pre epic store afaik) and didnt worked for me.
